Job Description
As a Clinical Solution Architect specializing in medical NLP at emtelligent, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts, building enduring customer relationships, and contributing to the growth of our NLP solutions within the healthcare industry. You will be responsible for understanding both the medical workflows / terminology and the technical aspects of our NLP products and services and effectively communicating their value to healthcare organizations. You will excel at technical discovery, gaining an in-depth understanding of our customers’ unique requirements and use cases, then proposing creative solutions that harness the full potential of emtelligent’s capabilities.Your expertise and knowledge will bridge the gap between our technical teams and healthcare customers, ensuring successful product adoption.
You’ll work with a collaborative, customer-focused team who values innovation and creativity, using your skills to create customized solutions to help our customers achieve their goals and guide their businesses forward. As an early-stage hire, you’ll have significant exposure to our senior leadership team and the ability to work autonomously while shaping the future of the technical sales organization.
