Born out of necessity, emtelligent was first ideated by Dr. Tim O'Connell, a practicing radiologist in British Columbia, Canada. Early in his career, Tim recognized that his volume of work and need for deep clinical records review in each case weren't compatible. He needed a way to quickly access the full clinical record at scale.
